Everything Edvenity does, on both sides of hiring

Edvenity is one platform, not a bundle. Recruiters run job posting, screening, interviews, and assessments against a single candidate record. Candidates get free tools to build a resume, practise interviews, and track applications. The AI interview engine is shared by both.

For recruiters

Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking share one candidate record. Evidence collected at any stage stays attached to the candidate instead of scattering across separate tools.

For candidates

Free tools for the job search itself. Build and tailor a resume, practise interviews, and keep every application in one place. No credit card required.

How the recruiter features fit together

The four recruiter features are stages of one workflow rather than separate products. A job is posted and applicants enter a pipeline. If the job has AI interviews enabled, every applicant receives a secure interview link automatically. If it has an assessment attached, that runs too. Both results land on the same candidate card.

That shared record is the point. A recruiter opening a shortlist sees the interview score, the transcript, the assessment result, and the stage history together, without assembling them from separate tools. Candidates who are not hired stay in the talent pool, searchable by skills and experience, so the next similar role starts from people you already know rather than from zero.

Why candidate tools sit on the same platform

The resume builder, templates, and job tracker are free for candidates, and the AI interview engine used for recruiter screening is the same one candidates use to practise.

Keeping both sides on one platform is deliberate. A candidate who has practised with structured AI interviews performs better in a real one, and a recruiter reviewing that interview gets a clearer signal as a result. Screening tools that treat candidates purely as throughput tend to produce a worse experience and a worse shortlist.
